Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by Woosh ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Services Provided

Woosh provides luxury concierge services including, but not limited to: vehicle rentals, chauffeur services, yacht charters, private jet arrangements, villa rentals, and personal shopping (Atelier). All services are subject to availability and may require advance booking. We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers in certain instances.

3. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Woosh. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Minimum rental periods and advance booking requirements may apply depending on the service and location.

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices displayed are subject to change without notice. Prices are quoted in AED unless otherwise stated; currency conversions are provided for reference only and are not binding. Payment terms, deposit requirements, and accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. All transactions are processed securely.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by service type and are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. In general, cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of service may be subject to cancellation fees of up to 100% of the booking value. Force majeure events are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information, ensuring they meet any eligibility requirements (including valid driving licences for vehicle rentals), treating all Woosh assets and personnel with respect, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Any damage caused to vehicles or property as a result of misuse or negligence is the sole responsibility of the client.

7. Vehicle Rental Conditions

Rental vehicles must be operated by a licensed driver aged 25 or over (unless otherwise agreed in writing). Vehicles must not be used for racing, off-road driving, or any illegal activities. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Clients are responsible for any traffic violations, tolls, or fines incurred during the rental period. Fuel costs are the responsibility of the renter unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woosh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific service. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular vehicle, property, or service.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your personal information is used solely to facilitate your bookings, improve our services, and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Please contact us to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Woosh platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Woosh or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
